Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please let us know by email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. To reschedule, please let us know by email at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to provide adequate notice to cancel or reschedule a session may result in a 50% charge ($100) for that session. Failure to attend a session without any notice (a "no show") will always result in a 50% charge ($100) for that session. Any future bookings by an individual with an unpaid balance will be cancelled by The Creative Mind Psychology Services until the account balance is cleared.
